I called your offices on Wednesday 18th, March, explaining that I was about to rent a property, the boiler had been condemned and I had tenants coming into the property on Saturday. The young lady on the phone was very efficient and organised for an engineer to come the next day and assured me he would try to get the best deal possible. The engineer called back the same day to tell me he had managed to find a suitable boiler at an excellent price and the job was arranged for the next day (Friday). The engineer arrived promptly, the work was carried out with the minimum fuss and left the house showing no signs that a workman had ever been there. In future, if anyone asks for a recommendation, I will be very pleased to give your company's details and I will, of course, by using you again myself. "I contacted your office regarding replacement of my old bathroom after receiving a recommendation from a friend. The office staff were very friendly and efficient and arranged for an estimator to call the following day, after I had collected the children from school. "C&C Services have serviced and maintained our heating system for several years and due to its age and condition we recently decided to replace the boiler and radiators. We received a very professional quotation, providing us with several options and we decided on a Worcester Condensing combination boiler, replacement radiators and thermostatic valves. The works were completed on time with minimal disturbance and fuss.
We then instructed C&C Services to replace our existing shower and enclosure. During the works, it was identified that our electrical supply was inadequate.
