"We required the upgrading of hot and cold water storage, services and replacement of showers at the World of Football, with the minimum of disturbance or loss of hot/cold water, as the pitches and facilities are in constant use. C&C Services utilised the existing ACV heating, hot water boiler and increased hot water storage by installing a 300 litre ACV hot water vessel, supplied and installed new hot/cold water and secondary return services from the boiler room to the ladies & gents changing rooms and supplied and installed 30 new Horn high efficiency thermostatic shower units, complete with protective casings and blending valves.

The works were carried out in June 2007, with minimal disturbance and no loss of services. Works were started and completed in each individual changing room, before moving on to the next. On complete of each changing room, customers were immediately given access to the new facilities and the feedback on the new showers has been fantastic.

We have continued to use C&C Services for various projects , boiler and heating system upgrades and servicing and repairs throughout the Edinburgh Corn Exchange."

"We contacted C&C Services in November 2008 following the installation of a replacement industrial boiler at our Edinburgh offices, by another contractor. The boiler was installed but non-operational due to problems with undersized incoming gass supply meter that hadn't been detected by the contractor until the boiler had been replaced. The boiler had been installed for several months, was non operational, winter was upon as and we were no further forward with the original contractor or the gas supply company.

C&C Services identified that the new boiler was larger than the previous boiler and oversized for the existing meter, our heating and hot water needs. They contacted SGN on our behalf and liaised with their various internal departments with regards to our requirements and the urgency of our external gas works.

We subsequently decided to have the new boiler removed by the previous contractor and a new, smaller, more compact boiler installed by C&C Services. The works were carried out at very short notice and our heating and hot water systems were finally operational for the cold months ahead.

The new, smaller, compact, high efficiency boiler system has created greater space in our very small boiler room, for access to service and maintain our systems.

"C&C Services has been our main service, maintenance and repair contractor for many years, for the varied boilers, suspended and flor standing warm air units installed within our Edinburgh premises. C&C Services were required to upgrade hot water services to bathrooms and toilets throughout the premises, remove individual electric heaters on each floor and for the works to be carried out and completed with minimum disturbance, noise, loss of hot/cold water services to toilets - as the facilities are in constant use for meetings.

The works were carried out in March 2008, with no disturbance or loss of service and bathroom and toilet facilities maintained throughout the project, so staff and visitors experienced no inconvenience.
